FF&E Designer (Hospitality)

An influential London-based interior design studio with an international presence is looking for a skilled FF&E Designer to become part of its collaborative and design-driven team. The practice is recognised for producing distinctive, high-calibre hospitality interiors that balance creativity, craftsmanship, and refined detailing.
 
In this role, you will take lead on the FF&E process from concept through to final installation. You will develop and present cohesive design concepts, curate mood boards and material palettes, and produce detailed specifications and documentation. Managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards will be central to ensuring each project aligns with the overall design vision and is delivered to the highest level.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate sourcing, production, and delivery of FF&E packages. A strong eye for detail, design integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
 
The successful candidate will have significant experience within the luxury hospitality sector, supported by a portfolio of high-end hotels, restaurants, or bars. You will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and proven experience leading FF&E packages from inception to completion.
 
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills are required, along with confidence in budget control and programme coordination. Applicants will need to be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
