Midweight Interior Designer (Leisure/Hospitality)

We are seeking out a Midweight Interior Designer on behalf of our client, they are a successful brand in the leisure sector, currently operating 14 venues across the UK. The business is at an exciting stage of development, with ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of new sites scheduled to open in the coming years.

They create destination leisure venues that bring together hospitality, cinema, and leisure in one integrated experience. Quality is central to everything they do, with the same high standards applied across every aspect of the business. Whether someone is visiting as a guest or working as part of the team, the focus is always on creating memorable and engaging experiences.

The Interior Designer role will involve leading interior design projects with the support of the team lead, working closely together throughout the design and delivery process. The successful candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in delivering hospitality or leisure projects. A strong awareness of the interior design landscape and current trends is essential in order to develop innovative ideas. The role also requires the ability to manage projects on site and ensure quality is maintained throughout delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and a passionate designer with a strong eye for detail. They must be proficient in Vectorworks and highly skilled in SketchUp. Significant hospitality design experience is required, ideally between three and five years. A basic understanding of building regulations and construction constraints is also necessary.
