FF&E Designer (Hospitality)

A renowned, internationally acclaimed interior design studio based in London is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join its dynamic team. Known for delivering refined, high-end hospitality interiors, this studio offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and innovative design projects in the industry.

You’ll take ownership of the full FF&E process – from concept development through to on-site installation. This includes designing cohesive furniture and materials schemes, coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end FF&E design process across multiple hospitality projects
• Develop and present complete FF&E concepts, including mood boards, material palettes, and finishes
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality are upheld
• Produce detailed specifications and oversee documentation through to installation
• Uphold creative excellence and align all work with the studio’s design vision

About You

• Significant experience in luxury hospitality and/or commercial residential design
• Proven track record in a FF&E specialised role
• Strong conceptual and aesthetic sensibility, with a keen eye for materials and finishes
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and build strong supplier relationships`
