Design Project Manager (Construction) (Retail)

A Design, Build, and Construction firm, that do beautiful Retail refurbishments across the UK, seek a Design Project Manager with Construction experience in Retail environments.

This firm is based in Spain, so being adept in Portuguese or Spanish is required for this position, whereby you will be liaising with the Spanish office who speak both Portuguese and Spanish, discussing any amendments needed to be done by the design team in Spain.

You'll require a CSCS card and have done the qualification for this, as well as knowing the health and safety procedures for the UK as well as Building regulations.

Moreover it is imperative you have experience working within the Retail sector, doing refurbishments and design and builds in this sector.

While this role is fully remote, but you'll be expected to be on-site with all expenses covered up to a 1 month at a time, depending on project length.
