Job Description

I’m working with an award-winning creative agency specialising in brand experience and retail innovation that is looking to find a Senior Strategist to join their London studio.

This is a role for someone who understands how brands live in the real world, across physical space, digital ecosystems and service design. Someone who can connect culture, commerce and customer behaviour to shape experiences that don’t just look good, but perform.

As Senior Strategist, you’ll lead strategic workstreams across brand and experience projects, reframing propositions, unlocking new revenue opportunities and defining future-facing retail and customer journeys. You’ll bring clarity to complex briefs, turning research and insight into confident, commercially sharp direction that fuels standout creative work.

You’ll work closely with creative and client teams, building trusted day-to-day relationships and proactively identifying growth opportunities. Insight is central to the role, from originating first-hand research to translating data into purposeful brand experience frameworks that drive sustainable impact.

Beyond live projects, you’ll play a key role in pitches and new business, helping to shape compelling strategic narratives and contributing to thought leadership that strengthens the agency’s offer in experiential and retail transformation.

We’re looking for someone globally referenced in consumer brand experience across food, beauty, health & wellbeing, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment or hospitality. You care about longevity, sustainability and purposeful growth. You’re collaborative, commercially aware and naturally mentor junior talent, raising the strategic bar around you.
