Job Description
This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Print Production & Workflow Administrator to join its thriving studio on a permanent basis.
Working alongside the client Services and Print Production Managers, you will help and support them, working across all the agency’s clients, providing project support in the delivery of a range of large format graphics (and plenty of other obscure print requirements!).
You will provide project administration support from brief to delivery, liaising with clients, creating job sheets, communicating project amends, helping to prepare quotes and project costs, ensuring studio consumables and materials are consistently stocked, preparing RAMS and other paperwork and generally supporting the team to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of projects.
Applicants must be dynamic, versatile, highly organised, excellent communicators, and have the ability to multi-task. A solid project support background, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or printers is highly desirable and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
