New Business/Marketing Director (Interior Retail Agency)

We are working with an expanding Interior Design Consultancy who consistently create award-winning projects for an mixture of global clients. They have been developing large format retail store development concepts for many years and are looking to recruit an experienced New Business Director to join the team.

The successful candidate must have extensive retail design business development experience and has demonstrable big project wins along with knowledge & expertise of large format interior retail projects ideally covering either department stores or supermarkets. It is imperative that the successful candidate has related experience working within a similar 3D interior/retail design consultancy with global clients, ideally within the food retail sector.

A strong, charismatic personality with excellent communication skills is required for this role as is the ability to sell at presentations and pitches coupled with experience dealing with highly ambitious clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is equally happy working as part of a fast-paced team, leading a team or also working to their own initiative that could lead to being a board director in this hybrid role.
