FF&E Designer (Hospitality)

A prestigious and internationally acclaimed interior design studio based in London is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join its dynamic and creative team. Renowned for delivering refined, high-end hospitality interiors, the studio is recognised for its innovation, elegance, and exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer with a strong interest in luxury aesthetics and solid FF&E experience to contribute to award-winning hospitality projects across the globe.

As FF&E Designer, you will support the delivery of FF&E packages from concept through to installation, working closely with senior team members and project leads. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of design concepts, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and producing detailed specifications and documentation. You will contribute to maintaining project schedules and budgets, ensuring FF&E elements align with the overall design vision.

You will liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source and coordinate FF&E items, supporting the team in tracking production and deliveries. A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to manage your workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on hospitality projects within the luxury sector, and a portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility and technical understanding of FF&E. You will be confident contributing to projects with guidance from senior designers, and eager to continue developing your project management and coordination skills. 

Strong communication and organisational skills are key, as you will collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers.
