Job Description
This role focuses on leading early client conversations and developing opportunities into new projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing tailored credentials, running first meetings with prospective clients and helping move opportunities from initial contact through to won work.
The position sits within the marketing team and reports to the Global Chief Growth Officer in London. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the globe, supporting new business activity and helping ensure the agency is clearly positioned in the market.
Alongside new business conversations, the role also involves maintaining credentials and case studies, coordinating award submissions and supporting the agency’s wider visibility within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be an established New Business Manager from a creative, experiential or production agency environment, and be comfortable leading client meetings independently. You should understand the commercial side of agency work, including scope, budgets and opportunity qualification.
Strong written communication is important, particularly when developing credentials and proposals. The role requires someone organised and self-directed who can manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once while keeping a clear view of pipeline and next steps.
There will be some international travel, and you’ll regularly collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.
